The Contract provides for the construction of generator and HVAC upgrades at the Chuckanut Park and Ride. The Work includes constructing a concrete pad for the generator, demolishing existing electrical features, upgrading electrical wiring, installing a new heat pump, constructing a chain link security cage, and erosion control measures. The time limit for project completion is a total of 20 WORKING DAYS. The Engineer's opinion of probable construction cost range is $155,000 to $175,000. Bids shall be submitted only on the forms provided in the Project Manual. All bids must include a Bid Bond made only on an Owner-provided form for a sum equal to 5% of the Total Bid Amount. It is the Bidder's responsibility to check for Addenda and other new documents online.
