Construction of a new, 128-bed long-term care home in Napanee, Ontario. The building will be approx. 84,000 sq ft , non-combustible, fully sprinklered. It will be two-storeys (mix of slab on grade with a partial walk-out basement level), masonry bearing wall with coreslab structure, with a flat roof and 2 elevators. The building will mostly be clad in metal cladding on a metal stud infill back up structure, with some areas of masonry cladding. The roofing will be a two-ply mod-bit membrane.
