Requests for clarification are due Friday, August 6, 2021 4:30:00 PM [(UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)] BID TYPE - Fixed Fee Contract The work under Contract No. 2021-01 generally consists of excavation for removal and disposal of existing asphalt surface, slag subbase, backfilling, and paving of the parking lot at the New Eagle Municipal Sewer Authority Sewage Treatment Plant. Bid Security shall be made payable to OWNER, in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bidders maximum Bid price in the form of either a certified bank check or a Bid Bond SUCCESSFUL BIDDING BIDDER awarded this contract shall provide a performance surety in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount. The Work will be substantially completed within sixty (60) calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence The Work will be substantially completed within sixty (60) calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph E2.4 of the General Conditions and completed and ready for Final Payment within thirty (30) calendar days after the date of substantial completion.
