Site work and paving for a road / highway in West Manchester Twp, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Crushed aggregate, bituminous paving materials, traffic line and symbol painting and Paving. A bid bond is not required for materials. The successful bidder, on all other items when awarded a contract, shall deliver a performance bond (with suitable surety) in the amount specified in the contract. All bids must be plainly marked 'Bids for Road Materials ana Services' and bidders may bid on any or all items in the proposal. The West Manchester Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to make an award that is in the best interest of the Township. All bidders must warrant they are in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (Public Law 101-336) and will, in carrying out the requirements of any ana allawarded contracts with West Manchester Township, comply in all respects with the provisions of the Act and its implementing requirements.
