Question Deadline 09/11/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Questions through Online Portal construction of the following Project: "2024 ADA Ramp Upgrades" The work of the base bid of this project consists of field survey, design of ADA curb ramps, and construction of ADA curb ramps, including full-depth pavement restoration at twenty-three (23) locations. The work of the alternate bids of this project consists of up to six (6) additional ADA curb ramp locations. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check made payable to "West Manchester Township" in the amount of 10% of the total bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder shall provide a performance bond or certified check to the municipality in the amount of 100% of the contract within 15 days after the contract is awarded. Substantial completion shall be Friday, April 4, 2025, and completion of work and final pay shall be Friday, April 18, 2024. The Owner hereby reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals submitted. The Owner also reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities, or informalities in the proposals received. All bids shall be irrevocable for sixty (60) days after the bid opening date.
