Question Deadline 03/12/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Questions through Online Portal The work of this project consists of obtaining all materials and completing all work related to the inspection, repair, and improvement of approximately 2,615 linear feet of sanitary sewer line, and 27 laterals. Additionally, it includes cleaning and televised inspection of 1,406 linear feet of sewer main. It includes precleaning, televising, post lining televising, suppling DVD and written report from all televising, lining pipe, sealing any associated lateral joints, installing or repairing cleanouts, and other appurtenant items needed for the work complete in place. Any mat placement, bypass pumping, traffic control, and other temporary measures needed to complete the work will also be provided. The estimated cost of the total project is in excess of Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000), so the project shall be subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. The project falls under the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Act 127 enacted 2012, known as the Public Works Verification Act. All bidders are hereby notified that in regard to any contract pursuant to this advertisement, business will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this notice and will not be subjected to discrimination. The time for completion of the work of this contract is 120 days from the issuance of the notice to proceed. The Owner hereby reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals submitted.
