Questions Due Date: Aug 14th 2024, 5:00 PM EDT A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Dover Township in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Estimated Contract Value: $55,000.00 Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act of March 3, 1931, as amended, and wages must be paid by contractors according to the U.S. Labor Department's Wage Decision included in the specifications; provisions of Section 3 of the Housing Act of 1968; and the President's Executive Order 11246 or any other order which prohibits discrimination in employment. The Contract Time for this project is forty-five (45) calendar days. Dover Township reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids. The work of this section includes, but is not limited to: 1. Clearing 2. Grubbing 3. Stripping and stockpiling topsoil 4. Debris disposal
