Estimated Base Bid $48,858 With All 5 Add/Alt included $104,860. Bradford Township Housing Rehabilitation Project at 109 Gates Hollow. New Roofing, Front Porch Addition, New Ceilings, New Front Door, New Siding, Foundation Repair A Bid Guarantee in the Amount Equal to 10% of the Base Bid is to Be Included With the Contractor's Bid Submission. This Bid Guarantee May Be in the Form of a Bond, Cashier's Check, or a Letter of Credit From a Bank. The Successful Bidder Shall Be Required to Provide a Lead Base Paint Training Certification, Be a Registered Home Improvement Contractor With the Attorney General's Office, and Have the Required Insurance Information. Prevailing Wage Rates Must Be Paid on This Job for All Bids Over $25,000. The Mckean County Redevelopment Authority Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Any Informalities in the Bidding Process.
