Furnish labor, materials and equipment required to replace two furnaces at the Bradford City Water Authority's Glenwood Avenue Water Distribution Warehouse. Project Cost Estimate: $75,000 Date of Award: June 26, 2024 Start of Construction: July 22, 2024 Completion Date: November 19, 2024 Work shall be substantially completed within 120 calendar days following issuance of a Notice to Proceed. Bids will be accepted only from Bidders who have obtained official sets of Bidding Documents from Bankson Engineers, Inc. and who are on Bankson Engineers, Inc.'s list of planholders. Question Deadline 06/17/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent ofthe Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
