2025 GGB HVAC Project- Geaorge G. Blaisedell Elementary School The Bradford Area School District has need for the replacement of 2 HVAC Units. A mandatory meeting and site visit will be on Friday, January 3, 2025, at 9:00 am. All interested contractors should meet in the Main Office at George G Blaisdell Elementary School, 265 Constitution Avenue, Bradford, PA 16701. o All debris created by the renovation work is to be removed from the site by the contracted vendor. o The contracted vendor will disconnect and recover refrigerant from each existing unit. o Crane will remove (2) existing 25-ton and 15-ton units, crane subcontractor will dispose of unit. o The (2) existing 25-ton and 15-ton units will be replaced with (2) new 25-ton and 15-ton York Units. o The contracted vendor will provide the installed curb adapters for each unit. o New units will be set in place by crane subcontractor. o The contracted vendor mechanics will connect electrical and pipe in each unit. o New thermostats will be provided for the units o Start up will be done by Contracted Vendor. o The contracted vendor will verify proper operation of each unit. o Existing Metasys controls to be reused on the new RTUs. o All work to be done during normal business hours (7:00am to 4:00pm) If any additional labor or material is needed outside ofthis scope then it will be quoted separately. All additional work to be performed during normal business hours of 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. The Bradford Area School District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, in the best interest of the School District. The School District also reserves the right to waive defect in form.
