The work consists of the removal, dewatering, and offsite disposal of the accumulated residual material from Lagoon Number 2 and the Recycle Basin. This material has accumulated as a result of water treatment plant operations and consists primarily of filter backwash and clarifier blow down residual material. Project Location: The work will be performed at the existing Bradford City Water Authority Water Treatment Plant, 2000 West Corydon Street Extension, Bradford, PA 16701. The plant is in Bradford Township, McKean County, PA. This area is approximately 5 miles southwest of the City of Bradford and State Route 219. Anticipated Contract Award Date: April 23, 2025 Proposed Start Date: May 19, 2025 Estimated Completion Date: September 16, 2025 Construction Schedule: Work shall be completed within 120 calendar days following issuance of a Notice to Proceed.
