Renovation of a municipal facility in Bradford, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Replacing the Siding on the Township Municipal bldg Scope of work: Remove and replace any damaged soffit, facier, gutters and downspouts; Install a type of sheeting on face of metal bldg.; Cover with Tyvek / Masticcarved Wood vinyl siding. Install framing around windows & doors and cover with aluminum coil stock material . Contractors may request to discuss details of the project with the BOS, if needed. This is a prevailing wage job and requires certified payroll records. The BOS reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to accept any bid which is deemed most favorable to the Township.
