Lincoln Boulevard Cross Drain Replacement - The work involves replacing an existing 36" diameter cross drain along Lincoln Boulevard with a new 48" diameter HDPE cross drain. The work also includes the installation of a precast concrete headwall, riprap and other appurtenances. Project Location: Lincoln Boulevard, Upper Burrell Township, Westmoreland County, PA.
