CONTRACT NUMBER 24-3 MENK ROAD 1-1/2-INCH THICK WMA 9.5 MM WEARING COURSE OVERLAY - 360 Tons (4,400 S.Y.) 2024 ROAD MATERIALS 1. 360 Tons of Type 2A Limestone 2. 300 Tons of No. 3 Limestone 3. 300 Tons ofAS1 Anti-Skid 4. 5,000 Gallons of Gasoline, Unleaded 87 Octane with ethanol 5. 4,000 Gallons of Clear Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel B2 Blend The work for Contracts Numbered 24-1, 24-2 and 24-3 is to be completed on or before September 15, 2024. After September 15, 2024, liquidated damages apply at the rate of $870.00 per calendar day. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check or a Bid Bond in the amount of 10 percent of the bid amount, payable to Upper Burrell Township. Contracts Numbered 24-2 and 24-3 are subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Workers must be paid not less than the minimum wages established by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, as shown in the applicable schedule. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.
