Saving Project...

Renovation of a mixed-use development in New Kensington, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Project will be bid in a single Prime Contract. The Bids must be sealed and marked separately as follows: Northern Westmoreland Career Technology Center Mechanical System Alterations and Repairs to Northern Westmoreland Career and Technology Center HVAC Bids shall be on a lump-sum basis. Segregated Bids will not be accepted. A certified check or bank draft, payable to Northern Westmoreland Career Technology Center, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the acceptable sureties, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bids, shall be submitted with each bid. The Northern Westmoreland Career Technology Center reserves the right to reject any or all bids,either in part or in total, and to waive informalities in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days subsequent to the opening of the bids. The Project consists of providing a replacement boiler, relocation of heat pumps, a new roof top unit in order to provide air conditioning for a portion of the building, and a replacement heating system for the Northern Westmoreland Career Technology Center.
