As of March 21, 2024 this project will rebid but no definite date for the rebid. A certified check or bank draft, payable to Westmoreland County Industrial Development Corporation, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the acceptable sureties, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bids, shall be submitted with each bid. The Westmoreland County Industrial Development Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all bids, for any reason. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days subsequent to the opening of the bids. The Project will be bid in a single Prime Contract.
