The project is expected to be awarded on December 5, 2022.** The site is located at 255 Mantoloking Road, Brick, NJ 08723 and 1214 Barnegat Ave, Seaside Park, NJ 08753. Project Description - Contract No. ND2007, the Work, includes but is not necessarily limited to the replacement of the existing 75kW emergency diesel generator for the NWPCEF Operations and Maintenance Building with a new 250kW diesel generator, including a 1470-gallon diesel base tank and new ATS. The Work also includes the replacement of the existing 155kW emergency diesel generator located inside Seaside Park Pump Station CPS-3 with a new 175kW generator to be located outside the pump station on an existing concrete platform currently used for the Convault diesel tank that is to be removed. The new 175kW generator will include a 1055-gallon diesel base tank and a raised access platform and stairs. The Work is located within the North Water Pollution Control Facility (NWPCF) in Brick Township and at CPS-3 in the Borough of Seaside Park, New Jersey. Bidding Documents will be shipped only if the requesting party includes their overnight shipping service number. Bid Security - In accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-21, each Bid shall enclose Bid Security, as specified in the Instructions to Bidders, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bidder's Bid, but not in excess of $20,000.
