Veterans Memorial Trail Phase 1 Construction of a 10'-wide HMA Multi-Use Trail Adjacent to Sportsplex Park, in Crown Point Indiana CONTRACTOR shall substantially complete the Work by November 12, 2021, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with paragraphs 15.04 and 15.05 of the General Conditions within 30 days after the date of substantial completion. Substantial Completion shall be considered to be completion of all work, other than installation of permanent vegetation. CONTRACTOR shall provide OWNER with a Performance & Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Performance and Payment Bonds may be retained by the OWNER until ninety (90) days after issuance of certificate of substantial completion Upon Issuance of Certificate of Substantial Completion, CONTRACTOR shall provide OWNER with a Maintenance Bond in the amount of ten (10%) of the contract amount. MaintenanceBond shall be retained by the OWNER for three (3) years from the date of execution of said Maintenance Bond
