DEPARTMENT OF INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS: Contractor and subcontractors listed on the bid proposal must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations, pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5, and must furnish electronic certified payroll records to the Labor Commissioner. The successful bidder shall pay not less than the general prevailing wage rate of per diem wages to all workers employed on this project. BID INELIGIBILITY: A firm that has provided architectural or engineering services to the Department for this contract before bid submittal for this contract is prohibited from any of the following: (1) submitting a bid; (2) subcontracting for any part of the work; or (3) supplying materials to any contractor or subcontractor working on the project.
