Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Coon Valley, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of July 16 the project was awarded to St Joseph Construction for $193,877.75. Approximately 800 LF of Valley View Estates Lane including excavation, grading, base course, curb and gutter, asphalt paving, restoration of the work area, and other miscellaneous items in conformance with the Contract Documents. All Bids shall be uploaded and submitted through Quest only with EJCDC C-430 All Bids uploaded and submitted through Quest shall also be accompanied with Bid Form 00 41 43. . The Village of Coon Valley reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all Bids. The letting of the work described herein is subject to the provisions of Sections 61.54, 66.0901 and 66.0903, Wisconsin Statutes. Substantial completion shall be no later than October 15, 2021 Final Completion: The work shall be complete and ready for final payment by October 30, 2021 Valley View Estates Lane Reconstruction - to include: Approximately 800 LF of Valley View Estates Lane including excavation, grading, base course, curb and gutter, asphalt paving, restoration of the work area, and other miscellaneous items in conformance with the Contract Documents.
