A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Citrus County, Florida ("County") invites interested parties to submit a Bid to provide roadway milling and resurfacing services for four lanes and a middle turn lane of County Road 491 W. Grover Cleveland Blvd. to W. Ocala St., approximately 3.1 miles per lane (Attachment "A"). This includes milling 1.5", then resurfacing with an asphalt finish course 1.5" thick, being FC 12.5 with PG 76-22 polymer binder - Traffic Level D, pursuant to the current FDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, January 2021. Asphalt to be provided for the project must be identified on the current FDOT Asphalt Mix Design Plant Assignment Sheet and is to be submitted with the bid. Pavement markings and signage are to meet current MUTCD criteria. Work includes, but is not limited to, exposing and cleaning edge of existing pavement, milling, paving, temporary and permanent pavement markings, redressing, installing new R.P.M.s, shoulder grading, sodding, and other items as specified in the Contract Documents. All work will be completed in accordance with current Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, January 2021 Edition, and its supplements.
