The Wachusett Regional School District requests sealed bids for Univent Replacement at the Early Childhood Center located in Jefferson, MA. The District shall award the contract to the lowest responsible and eligible bidder. Furnish labor to disconnect the nine (9) existing Unit Ventilators. 2. Furnish labor and materials to replace the nine Unit Ventilators with new Unit Ventilators. New units are to be Trane Force Flow Cab UNT-PRC022-EN; o Model B, Vertical Cabinet, Unit size 12, Coil 3R144 o Coil data; 1) Face area-ft2 is 3.2, 2) LxDxH-in is 3-row 57x2.6x8, 3) Volume-gal is 4-row 0.83, Fins/ft is 4-row 144 3. Provide a one year warranty on materials and labor. Provide manufacturer's warranty. 4. Provide & install: DDC controls compatible with Johnson Controls, for replacement of Unit Ventilators with hot water heating coil, face and bypass damper control, and economizer free cooling. Local network room sensor with warm/cool adjust and local occupancy override. Room ceiling mount occupancy sensor for energy savings. Economizer damper actuators. 2-way modulating control valves. Low limit averaging sensors. 5. Line voltage disconnect and reconnect of existing single phase power connection. Provide new disconnection switch and extension ofline voltage power wiring withing unit ventilator. 6. Price is to include all units be up and running.
