The Town of Holden seeks Statements of Qualifications from qualified Massachusetts-licensed architectural and engineering firms to provide on-call (“House Doctor”) design services for various Town and School buildings and sites. Work may include investigations, evaluations, development of construction documents, bidding, and construction administration on a variety of projects such as restorations, HVAC & MEP work, roof replacements, and site development. Familiarity with Massachusetts public construction procurement requirements is required. Services will be provided on an as-needed, task-order basis with no guaranteed minimum amount of work. No fee or price information is to appear in the qualification submission. Qualification proposals must be sealed and clearly marked, and late proposals will not be accepted. An Evaluation Team will review and rank the qualifications, and the Town Manager will select the most highly qualified firm(s). Multiple contracts may be awarded, and the Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
