Financial guarantees and other requirements may be indicated in the tender documents. For the purposes of awarding the contract, only bids from contractors with an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement and, where applicable, including the license is required under the Building Act (LRQ cB-1.1). The City of Saguenay does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received, and will not incur any obligation whatsoever towards the tenderer (s). Bid bond 10% is required. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Award subject to final approval.
