The City of Hays Department of Water Resources is accepting proposals for 2021 Manhole Rehabilitation project. The proposal should clearly demonstrate how the firm can best satisfy the requirements of the City of Hays. The construction materials vary, but are generally brick and mortar, precast concrete, and cast-in-place concrete. The condition of the manholes varies but are typically in low pH environments. Depths range from a few feet to greater than 20 feet. This project includes 46 manholes at approximately 600 vertical feet.
