Site work and paving for a civil project in Laguna Hills, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work generally consists of unclassified excavation/grinding, asphalt concrete pavement repairs, cold planing, crack sealing, Type II Central Plant Mixed Rubberized Emulsion-Aggregate Slurry, asphalt concrete overlay, raising manholes and water valves to grade, striping and related work. The above described work is included in Base Bid 1 and Base Bid 2. One Alternate Bid shall also be considered. The general location and limits of the work is citywide as shown on the location maps in the appendices. The City reserves the right, after opening bids, to reject any or all bids or to make award to the lowest responsible bidder and reject all other bids The work to be constructed hereunder is located in numerous locations throughout the City of Laguna Hills. The work generally consists of unclassified excavation/grinding, asphalt concrete pavement repairs, cold planing, crack sealing, asphalt concrete overlay, Type II Central Plant Mixed Rubberized Emulsion-Aggregate Slurry, raising manholes and water valves to grade, striping and related work. The Total Base Bid consists of the sum of two Base Bids and there is one Alternate Bid. Award of Contract shall be based upon the Total Base Bid The Contractor shall complete all work in every detail within eighty (80) working days after the date of the Notice to Proceed.
