Site work for a civil project in Gahanna, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project consists of the installation of approximately, 4,070-ft of 16-Inch water main and appurtenances located primarily within the Claycraft Road right-of-way. It is anticipated that notice to proceed will be issued to the awarded contractor on December 2, 2023 with a substantial completion date of October 15, 2024. Engineers Estimate: $2,520,974 (Base Bid) No Bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the lowest and best bidder for each contract.
