Renovation of a mixed-use development in Gahanna, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
A. The Project consists of all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the proper completion of the Secured Entries at Elementary Schools (referred to as the Project), all in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by the Design Professional. The work for which bids are solicited for the Project will be completed sixty days from the date of execution of the contract with the successful bidder, or as detailed in the schedule information included with the Contract Documents A. General scope includes asphalt and concrete repairs at Royal Manor and Chapelfield Elementary Schools. B. The Contractor is to verify all existing conditions, which may affect their bid. Information has been gathered with reasonable care but is of a schematic nature and is not guaranteed for accuracy. The Contractor shall verify all information given prior to bidding. The Contractor shall make careful investigation to establish the exact location of items indicated on the drawings. C. The project when finished is to be complete in every respect. Direct all questions to vnewell@schorrarchitects.com. All bids must be accompanied by a completed Bid Form and completed Bid Guaranty Contract Bond Form as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the responsibility of a bidder.
