Site work for a civil project in Holly Springs, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Town of Holly Springs (TOHS) intends to procure a qualified Design Builder (DB) to provide design and construction services for the Friendship Public Utilities Extension (TOHS #08-138). The project includes extension of water, reclaimed, forcemain and pump station construction. The project is generally located in Holly Springs along Friendship Road, Holly Springs-New Hill Rd, Green Oaks Parkway, and the Town's water reclamation facility. Deadline for Inquiries June 18, 2021 at 5:00 PM Questions pertaining to the selection process should be directed to the Purchasing Manager at brent.quick@hollyspringsnc.gov and the Principal Engineer at aaron.levitt@hollyspringsnc.gov no later than 5:00 PM on June 18, 2021. TOHS reserves the right to reject any or all SOQ's to waive any informality or irregularity in any SOQ received, and to be the sole judge of the merits of the respective SOQ received.
