The Town of Holly Springs is seeking bids for a single-prime construction contract for a 7,900 square foot administrative building. The building will be conditioned and will house a Lobby, Conference Room, Individual Offices, Lab/Lab Office, Workstations, Break Room, SCADA Room, Process Control and Glassware areas, Electrical/HVAC Rooms, Restrooms/Lockers and Storage. The work is located in Holly Springs, NC at the Utley Creek Water Reclamation Facility site (150 Treatment Plant Road, Holly Springs, NC). All bids shall include the bid proposal bound as it was presented for bid, with applicable bidding information filled out. Do not remove sections and resubmit. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the total base bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction to Bidders. A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, with a corporate surety approved by the Town of Holly Springs, will be required for the faithful performance of the contract. Bidders shall provide certification that performance and payment bond sureties are licensed in North Carolina.
