Renovation of a stadium in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
For this project, bids will only be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. The project is identified in all correspondence as the Architects (EAPC) Project 20212550. The scope of work generally consists of the following: 1.)Removing and replacing existing network infrastructure throughout the facility. Bids will be single prime lump sum for all work. Alternates may be added if noted. All Work and materials are to be in accordance with the Bidding Documents which are on file in the office of the City Engineer, Grand Forks, North Dakota and at the office of the Architect, EAPC, 3100 DeMers Avenue, Grand Forks, North Dakota, reference to which is made for detailed description of the work. Refer to Specification 00 1000 for instructions for submitting the bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any informality in the bids received and to accept any bid deemed to be most favorable to the interest of the City of Grand Forks. Within seven (7) days after effective date of Agreement, BIDDER shall submit to OWNER a written notice indicating the full project schedule.
