Failure to pre-register will result in the Proponent's Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Proponents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the site visit. All individuals attending the site visit must bring their Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses, etc. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit. BGIS would like to bring your attention to the following section of the RFP Lite. The limit of pages that will be evaluated for this project is 9 pages. Any bid response that exceeds the 9-page limit will only have the first 9 pages of the submission evaluated. 3.3.1 Proponents shall respond to the Mandatory and Rated Requirements outlined in Part 4 - Proposal Submission Requirements and present their Technical Proposal in the format specified and in compliance with the page count stated in table 4.9 "Total Page/Weight". Information provided on pages beyond the stated limit will not be reviewed and evaluated. BGIS will count from the first page of the Technical Proposal (excluding Mandatory Requirements) until the total number of pages allowed is reached. BGIS will not review any pages that exceed the limit. Mandatory requirements should be submitted as the first document(s) in the Technical Proposal but shall be excluded in the page count. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
