The Scope of Service for Full Construction Engineering Services and Material Testing and Inspection Services is contained in the attached scope of services as required by the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT). Scan and upload signed proposal form and pricing sheet as separate attachments. Price each project separately on the pricing sheet. Scan and upload all other required documents. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
