Site work for a water / sewer project in Pacific, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
St. Louis and Phelan Street Waterline Replacement: Project consists of the installation of approximately 1,922 LF of 6" PVC waterline, Fire Hydrants, Valves and Appurtenances. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities, and to determine the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder, and to award the contract on that basis. Bids must be submitted for the project on the Bid Form bound in the Bidding Documents. Bid Envelope must state "St. Louis and Phelan Street Waterline Replacement". Failure to state this on the bid envelope may result in the bid being returned without being considered. Each bidder must submit a bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of their total bid. The prevailing hourly rate of wages, as determined by the Industrial Commission of Missouri, will be complied with on this project, and not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages as found by the agencies or Court of Appeals shall be paid to all workmen performing work under this contract. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 10 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
