The project includes removal of existing roofing system down to existing roof deck, removal of existing sky lights, infill of existing sky light locations to match existing, installation of new insulation to meet ASHRAE 90.1, installation of new TPO roofing system, flashings, parapet cap flashing, termination bars, sealing of penetrants, and reinstallation of roof drains and MEP roof equipment. Estimate: $820,000.00 to $1,120,000.00. MBE/WBE/SDVE Goals: MBE 10.00%, WBE 10.00%, & SDVE 3.00%. NOTE: Only MBE/WBE firms certified by a State of Missouri public entity as of the date of bid opening, or SDVE(s) meeting the requirements of Section 34.074, RSMo and 1 CSR 30- 5.010, can be used to satisfy the MBE/WBE/SDVE participation goals for this project. Deposits for plans not returned within 15 working days shall be forfeited. *This project is on hold due to the public health crisis. A new timeline has not been established.
