General Construction: Maintenance Building Renovation - Constructing new interior walls to create break room, offices, restrooms, and storage. Upgrading of finishes including flooring and painting. Reconfiguring of the reception area. Replacing windows. Additional garage doors to be cut in and some garage doors to be replaced. Miscellaneous repairs to existing facility. New Cold Storage Building - Construction of a new 72'x100' cold storage building. All associated site work to prepare for new building and some new asphalt. Plumbing Work: Maintenance Building Renovation - Includes gas line extension for new radiant heaters in cold storage area of maintenance building; fixtures in new restrooms, break room and office; new tub sink; and relocating of existing drinking fountain. HVAC Work: Maintenance Building Renovation - Includes new radiant heaters in cold storage area of maintenance building, connecting to the exisitng furnace ducwork for additional interior spaces and to balance the furnace system. Electrical Work: Maintenance Building Renovation - Electrical work consists of, but not limited to demolition of power, lighting devices, light fixtures. New work consists of replacing and adding circuit breakers panels, power to new receptacles, mechanical equipment and lighting. New LED light fixtures in the renovated space controlled by occupancy sensors and switches.
