The Hancock Park District invites architectural and engineering firms to submit qualifications for the Great Karg Well Historical Site Development Project and other park development projects that are tentatively scheduled for the next five to 10 years. Generally, scope of work includes cost estimates, site assessment and surveying, permits, hydrologic and hydraulic studies (if applicable), design and engineering, preparation of construction documents, assistance with the bidding process, construction administration, inspection, and oversight. The Statement of Qualifications should include information about the firm, staff and subconsultants, successful projects similar in scope and design, and team members who have worked on similar park development projects and who will also be assigned to the Great Karg Well Historical Site Development Project. The Hancock Park District is interested in a firm that can show relevant work experience. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
