No questions or interpretations will be issued later than 4 days before the due date for bids The Work covered by the Contract Documents comprises furnishing and installation of a replacement rooftop condensing unit, associated DX cooling coil, piping, supports, power, controls, selective patching of existing roof, and provision of exterior pipe chase. The Work also includes demolition of the existing condensing unit, DX cooling coil, and all associated components. The project is located at 2650 De Hoop Avenue SW, Wyoming, MI 49509 and is owned by the City of Wyoming. The Work includes the following major items: 1. Replacement of existing nominal 75 ton rooftop condensing unit with new. 2. Replacement of existing DX cooling coil associated with nominal 75 ton condensing unit. 3. Provision of interconnecting refrigerant piping connecting rooftop condensing unit and DX cooling coil.
