For Bulk Pick Up and Disposal of Leaves It is the intent of the City of Wyoming to receive bids for the pick up and disposal of leaves, grass clippings, plants, flowers and other yard waste. It is the intent of the City of also receive bids for the grinding and disposal of wooden yard waste products from the city of Wyoming's Yard Waste Facility. Wooden yard waste shall include but not be limited to brush, branches, tree debris, tree logs, tree trunks, tree stumps, pallets, picnic tables and other wood debris. The Work shall include the furnishing of all labor, equipment and materials necessary to complete the Bulk Pick Up and Disposal of Leaves bid as specified herein. The projects are located at the City of Wyoming Public Works Yard Waste Facility, 2660 Burlingame Ave SW, Wyoming, MI 49509. The City Council of the City of Wyoming reserves the right to accept or reject all or any bids or to waive formalities, and to award the bid in any manner deemed to be in the best interest of the City. If a pre-qualification packet is not submitted, your company shall not be allowed a copy of the bid specifications. Please allow the City one week to review your packet. As part of the prequalification process, staff will also review your company's recent work history with other City departments. The City will contact you to let you know if you are pre-qualified to receive the bid specifications.
