The work under this improvement consists of everything necessary to complete the project as shown by specifications for said items on file in the office of the City Engineer, 814 Wheeling Avenue, Cambridge, Ohio. Failure to obtain the project documents as described will result in a non-responsive bid. The following forms must be completed and submitted as the bid package: Bid Guaranty & Contract Bond, Experience Statement, Time of Completion, Addenda Acknowledgment, Non Collusion affidavit, Personal Property Tax Affidavit, Homeland Security Form, Guernsey County 25% Requirement, and Proposal Forms. Failure to complete the above forms and submit same at the bid opening will result in a non-responsive bid. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its expenses on projects of similar size and complexity. Bidders must comply with prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Guernsey County and the City of Cambridge, Ohio as determined by Ohio Department of Industrial Relations wage rates. The City of Cambridge reserves the right to reject any and all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
