As of September 3, 2021, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. All bidders must regard Federal Executive Order 11246, Notice of Requirement for Affirmative Action to Ensure Equal Employment Opportunity, the Equal Opportunity Clause and the Standard Federal Equal Employment Specifications set forth within and referenced at electronically Required work time 180 working days. Liquidated damages $500.00 per day. Bid Deposit $18,350.00 The Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) goal and the Women Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) goal for this Letting is Maximum Utilization of MBE and WBE. Maximum Utilization is deemed to have been met when any subcontracting or supplies equal a minimum of 24% MBE goal distributed as follows, 21% African American, 2% Hispanic American, .5% Asian American and .5% Native American plus 5% WBE. MAYBE participation level is to be based on the base bid. Contractor acknowledges that the City has established a goal of at least 25% MBE participation and at least 5% WBE participation in contracts where City funds are expended.
