Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Cuyahoga County and the Village of Woodmere, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Bureau of Wage and Hour Administration, 614-644-2239. The construction of this project is being funded in part by State of Ohio Fund 7031 or 7035 monies and all of the relevant State of Ohio requirements will apply. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, The Governors Executive Order of 1972, and Governors Executive Order 84-9 shall be required.
