This project has been awarded to Colf Construction in the amount of $ $349,267. This contract provides for the following improvements to the existing Vancouver Land Bridge: demolition and disposal of decomposed granite paving; saw cutting, demolition and disposal of exposed aggregate paving and concrete curb wall; minor excavation and grading at Kanaka Village Overlook; installation of new concrete curb, concrete unit pavers on sand setting bed, pre-manufactured paving edging, and basalt column sculptures on cast-in-place concrete foundations, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. All disturbed areas shall be restored and seeded on or before September 30, 2021. The contract work shall be fully complete by October 29, 2021.
