The Fort Vancouver Regional Library District (FVRL) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from highly qualified teams interested in providing professional environmental support services to support the Fleet and Facilities and Administrative Divisions on an on-call/as needed basis. FVRL requires environmental support services for a variety of projects that include property purchase and sale, site development and other environmental related activities throughout FVRL's service area. This RFQ covers four distinct Categories of Services, as described under Scope of Services. Any questions on either the requirements or the RFQ components should be directed in writing to Dave Josephson, Facilities and Fleet Director at djosephson@fvrl.org no later than February 28, 2022. The contract period of performance will be twelve (12) months from the date of contract execution. At the sole option of the FVRL, the contract may be extended for up to three (3) years at one (1) year intervals.
