Open Invitation - Request for Qualifications for Cougar Creek Apartments Construction Management/General Contractor Services Vancouver Housing Authority is soliciting Requests for Qualifications ("RFQ") to identify a General Contractor to provide pre-construction services that will lead to the renovation of Cougar Creek Apartments located in Vancouver, WA. The Project is located in unincorporated Clark County (8415 NE Hazel Dell Ave, Vancouver, WA 98665). VHA will not coordinate a formal site visit for the property. The property is currently occupied and out of respect for the occupants, VHA kindly requests that you do not disturb the residents when accessing the property. Approx. SF: 158,558 SF Renovation Considerations: Energy Upgrades Including LED Lighting / Mechanical / Plumbing Systems Site Upgrades (E.G. Parking Lot, Sewer, Storm Water, Drainage, Erosion Mitigation). Exterior Building Envelope Repairs Fire / Life Safety Upgrades ADA Upgrades Common Area Upgrades including Accessibility Compliance Interior Residential Unit Upgrades Resident Relocation Analysis / Review As Appropriate Targeted Construction Budget: $5 - $9,000,000 Estimated Construction Start: December 2022
