Site work for a civil project in Boulder Creek, California. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
Phase I of this project consists of the installation of approximately 550 feet of temporary HDPE potable water main along the existing CA-9 Highway San Lorenzo River Bridge and CA-9 Highway Kings Creek Bridge. The existing water main across each bridge shall be protected in place during construction, and removed/abandoned after both temporary mains have been installed, tested and are ready to receive and convey potable water. This Phase I work is in anticipation of a Caltrans bridge replacement project, which will be completed in two stages. The permanent water main replacement, Phase II, will be bid separately at a later date.
