Demolition, site work and new construction of a civil project in Poway, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of the design and construction of two (2) 4.0 million gallon (minimum size) partially buried prestressed concrete tanks and appurtenant facilities for the City of Poway. The concrete tanks will replace the City's existing Clearwell Reservoir Facility. Refer to the attached Preliminary Design Report for additional project information and requirements. The project will also include the following: demolition and removal of the existing floating cover, liner and overflow structure; various pipeline improvements and valve replacements; removal of the Temporary Bypass System and site restoration.
