The Project consists of: Replacement of an existing pipeline with associated sample and flushing provisions. The Contract letting shall be subject to the provisions of Sections 60.77, 66.0901, and 779.15 of the Wisconsin statutes. Bid Security in the amount of not less than 5% of the Bid shall accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Bidder to whom a Contract is awarded shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in an amount equal to the Contract Price. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive informalities in bidding, or to accept the Bid or Bids, which best serves the interests of the Owner. No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the scheduled opening of the bids without the consent of Owner.
