Renovation of an educational facility in Richmond, Kentucky. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Project has been cancelled. Roof replacement and masonry repair on the Coates building. This invitation is for the roof replacement and masonry repair on the Coates building as specified in the following bid at Eastern Kentucky University's Richmond Campus. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the removal and replacement of the existing brick and stone parapet, replacement of damaged stone, and replacement of the lower roof. This includes all items as indicated throughout the attached specifications. Work will begin immediately following an official Award of Contract and Purchase Order from Eastern Kentucky University. A point of contact for EKU Project Management will be provided to the awarded vendor at time of award. Bid bonds and performance bonds are required for this project. Questions Due By: 6/17/2021 no later than 4:00PM - Submit via website electronically. The University reserves the right to award in part or in whole and to award multiple suppliers/contracts.
