Project has been cancelled. Abatement of the Coates Building roof area for renovation project. Completion Schedule: Work must be completed no later than 12/30/2021. Questions Due By: 6/17/2021 no later than 4:00PM - Submit via the Q&A board in Jaggaer Project Notes: - Substantial Date for Completion: 9/30/2021 - Final Date for Completion: 11/1/2021 Liquidated Damages: - $ until Substantial Completion: $420 / Day - $ until Final Completion: $290 / Day Bid bonds and performance bonds are required for this project. This invitation is for the abatement of the Coates Building roof as specified in the following bid at Eastern Kentucky University's Richmond Campus. This project is in preparation of roof replacement and masonry repair. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the removal abatement of the roof area including all items as indicated throughout the attached specifications. Work will begin immediately following an official Award of Contract and Purchase Order from Eastern Kentucky University. A point of contact for EKU Project Management will be provided to the awarded vendor at time of award. The University reserves the right to award in part or in whole and to award multiple suppliers/contracts.
